Introducing DermaSculpt® Microcannula
Developed in France, this new microcannula is truly revolutionizing the way doctors are performing facial fillers' injections!
Using the Skin Sculpting Technique (SST™), doctors literally slide the DermaSculpt Microcannula under the patient's skin so that the filler can be applied with practically no pain or bruising (hematomas) for the patient. With no local anesthesia required, it is truly a revolution in the field because patients will now be at ease with injections!

THANK you ! Your product changed my whole practice. Such an amazing device, what took the world so long and why was I slow in discovering it? Well, better late then never.

I have found the Dermasculpt cannulas to be incredibly helpful in minimizing bruising and helping to achieve outstanding results in soft tissue augmentation of the cheeks, infra-orbital hollows, dorsal hands as well as the decolletage. Once you start using these cannulas, you totally get hooked. They are easy to use, and they not only seem to minimize bruising but also decrease pain during the procedure. With cannulas, I have even moved back to using true fanning technique for cheek augmentation, after some reports over recent years that fanning technique with a needle was leading to more bruising and swelling. I also am now finding the temples to be a great site for cannulas as well especially for those patients with more significant volume requirements in this area.

Since I began using Dermasculpt microcannulas in my practice, I have had an overwhelmingly positive response. Patients appreciate the ability to have areas treated with fewer needle entry marks and significantly less pain. Using these microcannulas, I have seen a dramatic reduction of swelling and bruising, especially in difficult areas such as the tear troughs and lips. The blunt tip allows for atraumatic dissection through the tissues and accurate placement of the filler. The patients have been extremely excited about this new technology and are reporting less pain than ever before and are now able to easily tolerate any injectable filler procedure without additional anesthetic injections like nerve blocks. I would recommend to those who are not using these microcannulas to try them out because they are changing the way we perform injectable fillers and it is just a matter of time until patients start to ask for them or expect this from their surgeons.

I consider myself an advanced injector and have perfected a relatively painless needle technique. However, I have not been able to eliminate entirely bruising from injections, especially near the eye area. In addition, I am always concerned about intravascular injection risk. This product serves to address all three issues: discomfort, bruising, and intravascular problems. I have used cannulas in the past but nothing of this caliber that is both disposable and small enough that I do not need additional anesthetic block. Rarely have I encountered a game changer in my practice. This is one of those few times.

Dermasculpt cannulas provide a valuable addition to every aesthetic physician's toolbox. Using the cannula for facial volumization decreases bruising and pain because it is blunt, but quite effective for product placement over a large area from a single portal. In most instances, two ports on each side of the face are sufficient to accomplish tear trough and malar enhancement, central cheek and prejowl restoration, and chin enhancement. Its 27g bore is sufficient for infusion of most available injectables.

I have been seeing Dr. Fulton for many years. Recently I visited his office because I was interested in receiving fillers for my Nasolabial folds, lips and Marionette lines. Dr. Fulton informed me that he was gong to be using a new blunt cannula to apply the filler to the above areas. I was a bit nervous but I trust Dr. Fulton. Dr. Fulton slid the cannula under my skin and to my surprise there was no discomfort and virtually no pain and absolutely no bruising. The results were instantaneous. I look refreshed and younger. People compliment me on how good my face looks!
